EGG with VAL SOLARI LAB

EGG unfolds as an edible installation and performative banquet where food becomes sculptural object, gesture, and narrative. The project places the egg at the center of the experience, not only as an ingredient but as a recurring presence that guides the entire banquet. Through its transformations, the egg becomes a lens to explore sensuality, anticipation, and shared pleasure. At its core, vessels and table elements are created by artist Valeria Solari using bioceramics made from powdered eggshells and carrageenan, transforming waste and food-grade materials into tablescape. Across this shared landscape, egg-based preparations appear in multiple states—runny, whipped, set, fried—inviting moments of suspense and pleasure: yolks that break, sauces that flow, textures that surprise. While grounded in material research, EGG focuses on the performative power of food: an ephemeral choreography of eating that turns the table into a living, temporary ecosystem to be tasted, explored, and shared.
